Your Role as a Trainer
As a trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, practical training to individuals looking to build or advance their careers in IT and technology.
You will:
* Deliver engaging and practical training sessions (online/distance-based).
* Teach industry-relevant courses such as AI, cybersecurity, programming, data analytics, machine learning and more at Grit Scales AB.
* Guide students through real-world scenarios, hands-on exercises and projects.
* Support learners in understanding complex technical concepts in a simple and practical way.
* Provide mentorship and career guidance to help students grow professionally.
* Continuously improve course content to align with evolving industry trends (AI, data, cloud, etc.)
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who:
* Have strong hands-on experience in their technical domain (cybersecurity, software development, data, AI, etc.)
* Hold relevant certifications or degrees (preferred but not mandatory).
* Have a minimum of 8 years experience in your area of expertise as a trainer.
* Are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
* Can simplify complex topics and make learning engaging.
* Have strong communication and presentation skills.
* Are proactive, innovative, and committed to learner success.
