About the Role

We are now looking for an AI Engineer with experience to design, develop and deploy intelligent AI solutions that drive business value for one of our important clients. The work will be performed within a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate has strong skills in machine learning, deep learning and data engineering. The candidate should also be able to work closely with data scientists, software engineers and product teams to implement end-to-end AI systems.


This role involves building scalable AI models, integrating them into production pipelines, and optimizing them for performance, accuracy and maintainability.



Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.

  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for training and serving models.

  • Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for AI models.

  • Conduct model evaluation, testing, and performance tuning.

  • Implement AI algorithms in production-ready systems, including integration with APIs and cloud platforms.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and machine learning research and best practices.

  • Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the team.



Must have competence/experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.

  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

  • Knowledge of data processing tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark).

  • Understanding of ML lifecycle, model deployment, and monitoring.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML workloads.

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitLab and others

  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Good-to-have competence

  • Fluent in Swedish (optional).

  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

  • Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and big data ecosystems.

  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
